Policies

High Season
  • All reservations are Non Refundable.
  • After your reservation has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Reservations are final and non refundable.
Group Reservations
  • Reservations made with a flexible policy can be modified or cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date.
  • If you cancel outside of this time, don't show up or leave before your check out date, there won’t be any refunds.
  • There will be a 10% administrative fee on approved refunds.
  • If your payment has been issued an invoice, an additional 22% of taxes cannot be refunded.
Normal Season
  • Reservations made with a flexible policy can be modified or cancelled 3 days prior to the arrival date.
  • If you cancel outside of this time, don't show up or leave before your check out date, there won’t be any refunds.
  • There will be a 10% administrative fee on approved refunds.
  • If your payment has been issued an invoice, an additional 22% of taxes cannot be refunded.
  • Reservations made with Non Refundable rates CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED
Events
  • Cancellations have a penalty of 10% of the total of the event.
  • Any cancellation must be requested on writing 10 days before the confirmed date.
  • The request must be sent to the email where your event was confirmed and it must be confirmed on writing by our staff.
  • Cancellations made after this period will not have any refunds.
  • LIn case of cancellation without previous notice, the deposit won’t be refunded.
  • We do not accept last minute cancellations of services already confirmed.

Romantic Dinner
  • Cancellations must be made with 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours in advance will have a 100% penalty.
  • There will be a 10% administrative fee on approved refunds.
  • If your payment has been issued an invoice, an additional 22% of taxes cannot be refunded.
  • These policies are subject to last minute changes and will change during High Season.
Tours & Transportation
  • Changes or cancellations are not allowed on confirmed services.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to show up on time or you would be at risk of missing the tour and no refunds will be given.
  • Airline tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, there will be a penalty for date changes.
